Shipping:

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UPS Ground shipping for orders over $500.00.

How do you ship?

We ship via UPS exclusively. All packages are fully insured and they require signature upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on total weight and speed of service selected.
 
Do you ship internationally?

We do! International orders have to be placed directly with us and are subject to additional verification. Please contact us with any questions if you reside outside of the United States.

What payment methids do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Bank wire transfers and cash.


Pre-Orders

We accept pre-orders for the new items and items that are not in stock at the time. A temporary authorization will be placed on your credit card or Paypal account at the time of ordering. You will be charged when the item actually ships.

 

Purchases / Trade-ins

Do you buy used equipment?  Can I trade-in brands other than Leica?

Yes. We actively buy and sell used equipment. You can trade in your unwanted equipment of any brand. You can choose to receive a check or use it against your purchase.


Warranty

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

Brand new Leica items usually have a 2 year warranty on Digital camera bodies, 3 year on the S system, 3 year passport on the M Lenses, 5 to lifetime warranty on binoculars and 1 year on the accessories. Leica demo and CPO units have 1 year or 6 month warranty. We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our used equipment.

Service

Do you offer service / cleaning / repair?

We do not do cleaning or servicing in our retail location. We would be more than willing to help you with your service request and forward your equipment to Leica Camera USA on your behalf.
